She was predeceased by: her husband Alvis Oakley Altizer; her daughter Melissa Elaine Altizer; her sister Dorothy Harmon; her brother-in-law Fred Harmon; her brother Edward Bailey; her siblings' children, Mark Harmon and Shirley Buchanan; and her parents, John W. Bailey and Irene Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Wagenbrenner, Denise Altizer and Kimberly Altizer; her grandchildren, Matthew Lee (Jennifer) and Melissa Lee Kanode (Kris); her great grandchildren, Kaylin, Hunter, Oakley and Elaine; and her niece Linda Bonds.
