She is survived by: her children, Michael and Kim; her stepson Andy Albert; and her siblings, Debbie Taylor, Tammy (Mike Meador), Randy (Brenda Ratcliff), Thom (Angie Rutledge) and Chris Rutledge. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
