He is survived by: his close friend Dianna Lambert; his brothers, Dennis Duncan (Dawn) and James Duncan (Linda); and his siblings' children, Marsha, Brian, Questa, Bryce, Tina and Jammie.

The family asks that memorial donations be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
