He was predeceased by: his parents, Ancil Twiggs and Eva Gravley Twiggs; and his siblings, George Twiggs, Wayne Twiggs and Debra Early.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Twiggs; his sister Frances Sheldon; his nieces and nephews, Michael, Charles Twiggs, Eva, Thelma Early and Suzanna; and his friend Wallie Harney. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
The family asks that monetary donations be made to Horne Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
