He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Delano, Sr. and Charlotte Ann Hughes; and his sisters, Kimberly Tracy and Christie Justice. He is survived by: his close friend Valerie Crabtree; his brother Franklin D. Hughes, Jr. (Christy); his nephews, John, Taylor, Todd Hughes and Shawn Tracy; and his niece Cherie Justice.
