He was predeceased by : his parents, Arnold Scaggs and Josephine Scaggs; his grandparents, Sidney, Betha Scaggs, Cierco and Gay Cox; his brother Wayne Scaggs; and his niece Angela Fisher.
He is survived by : his daughter Angela Victoria Scaggs; his stepson Kelly Vest; his granddaughter Juliette Vest; his sister Jackie Fisher; his nephews, Anthony Fisher and Chris Scaggs; and his father-in-law Nelson Vest. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nephews, great nieces, brothers and sisters-in-law, and cousins.
