It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric Hunter Jones of Claremont, Virginia, born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on March 7, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Jean Adelaide and James "Jim" Kenneth Jones. He is survived by: his wife Brigid McHugh Jones; his children, Aiden and Elisabeth; his brother Kevin; and his mother-in-law Louise McHugh.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Hunter's name to Blessed Sacrament Huguenot Catholic School (Class of 1982) or to the James River Association. Keep Eric's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
