She was predeceased by: her parents, Morton Thomas and Brooks Mosley; her grandparent Rev. Jordan Mosley; her husband Paul C. Johnson, Sr.; her child Baby Johnson; and her siblings, Ilean Bates, Florence Lee, Ola Mae Carden, Annie Blanche Mosley, Eldridge "Uncle Poke" Mosley and Eva Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia J. Evans (Carl) of Burlington, NC and Paul C. Johnson, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Sudy Mosley (Eldridge). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and sixteen great-great grandchildren.
