Small of Clarksville, VA; his children, Darius Small (Shavonda) of Clarksville, VA, Alicia Small of Clarksville, VA and Amanda Small of Clarksville, VA; and his siblings, Charlie Small, Jr. of Chase City, VA, Kevin L. Small (Shanelle) of Clarksville, VA, Eric D. Small of Clarksville, VA and Sharon Perry of Vance County, NC. He is also survived by other loving relatives and caring friends.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Island Hill Christian Church (3034 Ivy Hill Rd, Clarksville, VA 23927). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
