He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Surratt Collins; his son Christopher Collins; his sister Connie; his siblings-in-law, Donnie Gray and Patsy (Mack Collins); his cousin Debbie (Johnny Marion); his close friends, Clyde, Sheri Haymore, Kay, Barry Culp, Tom and Judy Riggs; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
