She is survived by: her children, Cindy Hoffmann (Mike) of Stephenson, VA, Susan Hoy (Scott) of Charlottesville, VA and George Teets III (Sharon) of Clear Brook, VA; her grandchildren, Kristin Yates (Colby), Michael Hoffmann Jr. (Sarah) and Grayson Teets (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Easton, Ben, Berkeley, Dylan, Maddox Yates, Lucy Hoffmann and Adeline Grove Teets; and her siblings, Mary Baker (Lloyd), Kathryn Burleson (Luke) and Julian Y. Bragg (Courtney).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home - Winchester (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Lucy's name to Clear Brook Volunteer Fire and Rescue at 1256 Brucetown Rd. Clear Brook, VA 22624; or to First Christian Church at 75 Merrimans Lane Winchester, VA 22601 for their Laundry Ministry with check memo line reading "FCC laundry fund".
