Paul leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Paul’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Paul will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Reid Clark and Catherine Virginia Hutzler; and his siblings, Charles William Clark and Jean Catherine Clark. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Carper; and his children, Debra Jean Copley of Stephens City, VA, Diana Lynn Bierkamp (Jason) of Winchester, VA and Paul Edward Clark, Jr. (Lisa Kerns) of Stephens City, VA. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shenandoah Memorial Park (1270 Front Royal Pike, Winchester, VA 22602). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
