She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Welsh and Agnes Fiddler Welsh; her spouse Aubrey C. "Skeeter" Waters; her siblings, Genevieve Madagan, Catherine Welsh, Noble Welsh Jr., Fred Welsh and Stevie Welsh; her niece Sharon Madagan; and her nephew Justin Welsh.
She is survived by: her sons, David Waters (Lynne) and Christopher Waters; her grandchildren, Andrew, Brandon, Hannah, Ada and Alex Waters; and her siblings, Betty Strosnider, Glenn Welsh (Jean), Mary Levesque (Paul) and Charles Welsh (Barbara). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
