He is survived by: his children, David Howard (Ashley), Crystal Stevens, Joni McGlothlin (Jon), Stephanie White (Allen), Tammy Howard and Allen Lee Howard; and his siblings, Sheilla Helton, Dimple Fletcher (Mike), Carolyn Chaffin (Ronnie), Alden Howard (Sarah) and Auty Howard. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
