He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rasnake and Alta Rasnake. He is survived by: his wife Lois Holmes Rasnake; his children, Stephen (Anita) and Susan Bowen (Scott); his grandchildren, Sarah Came (Bart), Jonathan (Caitlin) and Jared (Kelsey); his great grandchildren, Riley Came, Elliot Came and Maverick Rasnake; and his nieces, Jean McDonald and Rhonda Asbury. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Owens Funeral Service (7 Tate Ave, Lebanon, VA 24266). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
