She was predeceased by: her father George Louis Morgan, Sr.; and her siblings, George Morgan, Jr., Ricky Morgan, Robert Morgan, Patsy Smith and Linda Reynolds.
She is survived by: her husband Theodore Wilson Nicely, Jr. of Clifton Forge; her sons, T. W. Nicely III (Rebecca) of Covington, Billy Wayne Nicely (Devon) of Covington and William Louis Nicely (Melissa) of Roanoke; her brother Steve Morgan of New York; her grandchildren, Grace, Zach, Anthony, Kaylee, Aubrey, Benson, Brenna (Kendall) and Austin; her great grandchild Jhett; her nieces, Tammy and Becky; her nephew G. W.; and her close friends, Donna and Shannon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
