He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lynn Scruggs and Eula Maxine Fleshman Scruggs. He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Lynn Scruggs of Elizabethtown, KY, Monte Wayne Scruggs (Cindy) of Maryland and Johnny Scruggs, Sr. of Covington; his siblings' children, John Scruggs, Jr., Tessia Harris and Jessica Scruggs; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Conner, Bentley and Paris Caudell.
