He is survived by: his children, Amber Spangler and Sherman Spangler (Michaela) of Clifton Forge; his grandchildren, Trevor Bunch, Deston Spangler, Gracie Spangler, Isabella Spangler, Brendon Spangler and Amaura Spangler; and his friends, Alex Saunders, Michael Harris, Stan Nicely, Jr. and Ricky Higgins.
