He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd William Lacks and Anna Rhodes Lacks; and his brothers, Ronnie Lee Lacks and Bobby Lacks. He is survived by: his brother Jimmy Lacks (Deanna) of Tennessee; and his close friend Jeannette Dellinger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
