She is survived by : her children, Teresa Lynn Smith of Lexington, Christy Jeffries (Bill) of Clifton Forge, Michael Anthony Booze (Dollie) of Alleghany County, Paul Booze, Sr. (Lisa) of Iron Gate and Kevin Booze (Janelle) of Alleghany County; her brothers, Lloyd Givens (Phyllis) and Bob Givens; her grandchildren, Heather Hicks, Paul Booze, Jr., Joey Stull, Adam Sweet, Johnathon Smith, Megan Smith, Mikayla Booze, Gabriel Booze, Preston Booze, Brooklyn Booze, Miky Mays and Alex Mays; and her great grandchildren, Luka, Tyson, Savannah, Jacob, Dalton, Maddox and River. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
