She was predeceased by : her father Carl Lewis; and her siblings, Betty Hartless, Brenda Markham, Janet Agner, John Lewis and Dick Lewis.

She is survived by : her husband Andrew Harold Conner of Lexington; her sons, Donald Andrew Conner of Roanoke and Calvin Lewis Conner of Richmond; and her grandchildren, James Andrew Conner and Sarah Elizabeth Conner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the Central Advent Christian Church, 3515 Longdale Furnace Road, Clifton Forge, VA 24422.
