It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth O'Fallon of Clifton Forge, Virginia, who passed away on February 11, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Callahan and Beatrice Callahan; her husband Donald O'Fallon; her sisters, Claudia Knott and Patty Williams; and her granddaughters, Torie and Lauren.
She is survived by: her children, Missy Phillips (Paul) of Fincastle, Richard Burnside (Tara) of Cheyenne and Jarrod Burnside (Jennifer) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; her sisters, Cathy Grove of Cheyenne, Suzanne Adams of Parker and Bridgette Callahan of Cheyenne, Wyoming; her grandchildren, Breanna (Trevor), Trey (Flor), Cassie (Becky), Amanda (Kellan), Anthony (Jessica), Isabella, Brayden (Sam), Slade (Ashley), Ella (Joshua), Dayne, Nolan and Haylen Grace; and her great grandchildren, McKenna, Arizona, Lucas, Cooper, Kai, Nia, Calliope and Kingston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
