She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend William C. Mattox, Jr. and Ada Tindell Mattox; and her brother Joel Mattox. She is survived by: her daughter Lauren Mattox-Lindsay of Clifton Forge; her brothers, Larry Mattox (Kathy) of Louisa and Nathan Mattox (Mendy) of Virginia Beach; her granddaughter Willow Lindsay; and her close friends, Teresa Oxentango-Meyer and Debra Rutherford.
