She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Hatcher and Nannie Bell Rose Hatcher; her husband Nelson Lenard Tinsley, Sr.; and her brother Paul Hatcher. She is survived by : her sons, Leonard Nelson "Jim" Tinsley, Jr. (Johanna) of Clifton Forge and Leslie Wade "Les" Tinsley of Clifton Forge; her grandchildren, Melakye Nowlin, Makala Nowlin and Lakeisha Watson; and her great grandchild Kylan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
