She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Leslie Spellman and Jean Elizabeth Ford Spellman; and her siblings, Velda Spellman and D. W. Spellman. She is survived by: her husband John Franklin Lambert, Jr.; her children, Amy Lynn Scott (Rob) of Maryland, Heidi Marie Jacobsen (Brandon) of Utah and Randall Lee Davis, Jr. (Susan) of Pennsylvania; her brother Gary Spellman (Cindy) of Rocky Mount, VA; and her grandchildren, Brittany Davis, Wyatt Davis, Quinn Davis, Mackenzie Scott, Kaylee Scott, Kinsley Jacobsen and Kyson Jacobsen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
