She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Eugene "Gene" Seldomridge and Mildred Miller Seldomridge Marshall; her husband Kevin Obert Nicely; and her stepfather Aaron Marshall. She is survived by: her children, Brittany Nicely Elmore and Ryan Nicely (Gioia) of Daleville; her sister Pam Seldomridge Wise (Ed) of Forest; her sister-in-law Lynette Nicely Reynolds (Bill) of Covington; her brother Mike Seldomridge (Linda) of Covington; her grandchildren, Mazi, Meiri Elmore, Giada and Cristiano Nicely; and her siblings' children, Paul, Aaron, Mark Reynolds, Lucas and Lauren Wise.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nicely Funeral Home (405 Alleghany St, Clifton Forge, VA 24422). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (1521 S Carpenter Dr, Covington, VA 24426).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to Good Samaritan Hospice, 2408 Electric Road, Roanoke, VA 24018.
