He is survived by: his daughters, Kadee Puffenbarger (Richard) of Eagle Rock, Ashley Lewis (William) of Radford and Bailey Taylor of Clifton Forge; his brothers, Melvin L. "Butch" Taylor, Jr. of Roanoke, Robert C. Taylor of Stewartsville and Randall K. "Randy" Taylor of Goodview; and his grandchildren, Aleah Dunn, Jianna Penn, Rylee Forbes, Treavor Puffenbarger and Halee Puffenbarger. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and his special family.
The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions in Phillip's memory to the Central Advent Christian Church of to Camp ACCOVAC.
