He was predeceased by: his father James Alexander "Jim" Black. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Carroll Black; his son Chris Black; and his siblings, Tonja Black Tucker (Danny) and Rick Black (Lisa) of Clifton Forge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
