We announce the death of Ronald Jones (Clifton Forge, Virginia), who passed away on August 17, 2026, at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paris Orville (Jones) and Effie Virginia Gaddy Jones; and his siblings, Jean Jones Winfree, Joann Virginia Lawhorn Hall and Donnie Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Hope Hubbard Jones of Clifton Forge; his children, Kimberly Hepler (Gary) and James Parris (Lori); and his grandchildren, Anthony Kimberlin (Ashley), Gary Hepler II (Kelly), Ashley Carr (Corey), Danielle Hepler, Jackie Parris, Joanne Parris, Tyler Woods (Haley) and Jennifer Parris. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
