He was predeceased by: his father Henry James "Hickey" Roland. He is survived by: his mother Eula Mae Lewis-Roland; his daughter Charmise Hines; his siblings, Rosalind Coles and Tony James Roland (Tara Roland); his grandchildren, Jack and Zelda; his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Coles, Taylor Roland, Trinity Roland and Michael Coles; and his cousin Russ. He is also survived by extended family members, close cousins.
