She was predeceased by: her father James Brisco; her former husband Robert Franklin Jackson, Sr.; and her sisters, Susan Forbes and Elva Davis. She is survived by: her husband Richard Everette Nicely of Clifton Forge; her son Robert Franklin Jackson, Jr. (Amy) of Covington; her grandson Ryder Glenn Jackson; her stepdaughter Theresa Nicely of Elizabeth City, NC; her stepgrandchildren, Luke Lyons of Covington and Grace Lyons of Lynchburg; and her siblings, James William Forbes (Lei Lei) of Covington, Jerry Forbes of Covington, Delmas Forbes (Gail) of Covington, Carol Kinder (Harold) of Keen Mountain, Teresa Elam (Stanley) of Toana, Donna Pullin (Michael) of Hot Springs and Jerome Forbes (Robyn) of Covington. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
