She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie H. Wolfe and Margie Humphries Wolfe; her husband Kenneth Black; her son Jay R. Black; and her siblings, Wandra Craft, Bobby and Edward Wolfe.
She is survived by: her daughters, April Perez (Geyber) of Alabama and Kasey Black of Covington; her grandchildren, Damien Tingler, Katherin Perez, Daniel Perez and Logen Perez; and her siblings, Tammy Bryant (George) of Ridgely, Maryland and Sammy "Mickey" Wolfe of Glen Burnie, Maryland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many other family members.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Lone Star Cemetery (6102 Potts Creek Rd, Covington, VA 24426). Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Arritt Funeral Home (1102 S Highland Ave, Covington, VA 24426).
