She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Ellamae Holloway Hall; her son John Michael Hall (Jesus); and her brothers, James Edward Hall, Jr. and Lloyd Michael Hall.
She is survived by: her husband John Franklin Williams III of Suffolk; her siblings, Merry Ann Hall, Burrell Hall (Kathy) of Clifton Forge and John David Hall of Clifton Forge; and her sisters-in-law, Sherry Hall and Angel Morrell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
