He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alvin Bernard Cale, Nereida Cale (Nettie), Bobby Cecil Angell and Virginia "Jenny" Ruth Angell. He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Wayne and Sherry Angell Cale; his siblings, Jonathan Brent Cale (Miranda) of Covington, Joshua Hunter Cale of Clifton Forge and Emily Payton Cale of Clifton Forge; his siblings' children, Aria Lynn Cale and Killian Allen Cale; and his aunts and uncles, David Cale (Susan), Tammy Woods (Rick), Zella Pennington, Brandon Curt Angell and Sarah Lynn Leitch (Pete).
