He was predeceased by: his parents, Rias Jasper and Christine Wilmer; and his siblings, Rias Jasper Wilmer, Jr., Connie Wilmer, Raymond Wilmer, Charles Wilmer and Reena Haines.
He is survived by: his wife Vicky L. Wilmer; his children, Steve C. Wilmer, II, Patrick L. Wilmer and Anne Adcock; his grandchildren, Joseph Hartl, Ryan Greene and Taylor Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Zoey and Lilly; his brother John Wilmer; and his close friend Dudding. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
