He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Reba Lee Clark Mosier; his siblings, Charles Mosier, Jr. and Margaret Mosier; and his niece Brianna Mosier.
He is survived by: his wife Oreinna Crnic Mosier of Clifton Forge; his children, Cheyenne Mosier (Kenneth Martell) of Clifton Forge and Wade Mosier (Samantha Barbe) of Clifton Forge; his siblings, Beaulah Lee (Robert) of Ohio, Jason Mosier (Debbi) of Garfield Heights, OH and Estle Mosier of Cleveland; his grandson Mateo William Martell; his niece Becca Mosier; and his nephew Jason.
