He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Jones West; his mother Gaye West; his sons, Channing West (Sarah) and Evan West; his granddaughter Erin West; his sisters, Kim Skeen (Berlin) and Krissy West (Shane); and his siblings' children, Leannza and Josh Lyke. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
