It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fern Rose (Clintwood, Virginia), who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Fern may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Clintwood Funeral Home (202 McClure Ave, Clintwood, VA 24228). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A procession will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Phipps Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Clintwood Rescue Squad, PO Box 484, Clintwood, Virginia.
