He is survived by: his wife Peggy Mullins; his grandchildren, Meagan Mullins and Anthony Fackler; his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Triston, Ayden, Natalie and Johanna; and his siblings, Larry Mullins (Claudetta), Jerry Mullins (Sheila), Joe P. Mullins (Carol) and Pamela Ann Colley.
