He was predeceased by: his father Govino Chilluange; his grandparents, Helen Dean and Joseph Pence; and his uncles, Ronnie and William Pence.
He is survived by: his mother Cathy Pence Kemp of Raphine, VA; his wife Mary Weatherford; his son Jonathan C. Pence; his half-brothers, Phillip Keller and Gilbert Rosado; his sister Peggy Chilluange; his half-sister Carmon Rosado; his uncle Richard Pence (Juanita); and his close friend Keith.
