It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Kelly (Clintwood, Virginia), born in Saint Paul, Virginia, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Couch and Bonnie Couch; and her daughter Sheila Sue Kelly Hurd. She is survived by: her brother Bobby; her sister-in-law Mary Kelly of Clintwood; and her niece B. J. Collins of Clintwood. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
