He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Keith Lewis and Sylvia Barnett Hazelwood (Timothy); his brothers, Chad Lewis (Heather) of Alton and Nicholas Lewis (Lorrie) of Halifax; his grandmothers, Pauline Holt (Bob) of Clover and Janie Lewis of Clover; and his nephews, Lucas and Ryan Lewis.
