He is survived by: his parents, Josephine "Josie" Hughes and Malcolm Barksdale; his brother Semijay Barksdale; his grandparents, Beverly Wade Hughes, Daphne Coleman, Kenny Lewis Hughes, Sean Coleman and Travis Barksdale; his great-grandparents, Jimmy, Joann Wade, Earl Winbush, Mary Winbush and Mary Womack; and his aunts and uncles, Leah Coleman, Jasmine Wade Lundquist, Tristan Wade and Kaleb Coleman. He is also survived by other loving aunts, uncles.
