He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kaye Head Kondash; his sons, Rick Kondash (Sherri) of Singers Glen and Mark Kondash (Tiffiney) of Crownsville, MD; and his grandchildren, Brad Kondash, Tatiana Kondash, Amanda Kondash and Alyssa Kondash.
