He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Henry and Lucille L. Lacks; and his brothers, Jeff Lacks and Tony Lacks. He is survived by: his son Rickey Lacks of Crewe, VA; and his sisters, Joyce Garibay (Donald Adams) of Scottsburg, Judy Yates (Cheyenne) of Scottsburg and Valerie Carlton (Kenneth) of Scottsburg.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Living Waters Church of God (3059 Clover Rd, Clover, VA 24534).
