He is survived by: his wife Nancy Brogan Piner; his sons, Norman Piner Jr., Ernest Piner and William Piner of West Virginia; his stepchildren, Karen Brogan and Glen Brogan; his granddaughters, Holly Brogan, Amanda Maggio, Shawna Brogan, Jennifer Brogan and Kristen Brogan; his grandson-in-law Buddy Deaner; his great grandchildren, Chance, Eli, Abi Deaner, Waverly, Remington, Everest and Traveler Brogan Kingery; his siblings, Larry Piner, Denny Piner, Jeffrey Piner, Jackie Piner, Doris Piner, Tereasa Piner, Wanda Piner, Jennifer Piner and Piner Piner; his pet Dude; Susan, Betty, Jim, Jeff, Spencer, Brian, Cindy and Happy.
