She is survived by: her husband Carl Goodwin; her sister Ernestine Tillman; her daughter Linda Fitchett (Dale); her grandchildren, Jeff Goodwin, Cindy Boyce (Aron), Amy Harris (Steven) and Leslie Hudgins (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Zoe Goodwin, Ashton Hall (Laynie), Emma, Caroline and Josie Hudgins; and her friend Joanne Gayle.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carolyn's memory to Cornerstone Fellowship Church.
