She was predeceased by: her husband Philip V. Sadler; her son Mark Sadler; her parents, Elwood Atherton and Kathleen Atherton; and her grandparents, Romie, Iola Hudgins, Joseph and Ida Atherton.
She is survived by: her son Christopher Sadler (Sirlei) of Orlando, FL; her daughter-in-law Valerie Sadler of Tampa, FL.; her grandchildren, Wesley, Matthew (Shyan), Micayla and Julie Sadler; and her great grandchild Marcus. She is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mathews Chapel United Methodist Church (4185 Buckley Hall Rd, Cobbs Creek, VA 23035).
