He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Outland Katsuki and Takashi Katsuki. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Brooks Katsuki; his children, Wendy Glasco (Anthony) of Hartfield, Virginia, Genji Katsuki (Shelley) of Hallieford and Glenn Katsuki (Monique) of Shaker Heights, OH; his grandchildren, Lane, Cole Glasco, Blaise Katsuki, Sammy Katsuki and Miriam Katsuki; his brother David Katsuki of Helper, UT; his sister-in-law Jeanne Brooks Dyche (Jim) of Chesapeake, Virginia; and his nephews, Matt, Justin Katsuki, Bradley and Tyler Dyche.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mathews Chapel United Methodist Church (4185 Buckley Hall Rd, Cobbs Creek, VA 23035). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
