He is survived by: his wife Lilly Sue Plaster Teasley; his children, Jason, Rebecca Teasley Hicks and Brandy Teasley Hill; his grandchildren, Andrew Teasley, Elijah Hill and Rylee Hicks; his great grandchild Addie Grace; and his siblings, James (Lucinda Teasley), Jack (Irene Teasley), Shelby (Harold Evans), Sue Meade, Lois (Harlan Ward) and Debby Teasley. He is also survived by sister- and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and beloved friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Estes Funeral Home (114 High Ave NE, Coeburn, VA 24230). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at the Greenwood Acres Memorial Cemetery.
